everyone must buy health insurance, if you have a nice policy then you will be taxed. If you cant get it your employer must provide it , so say goodbye to a bunch more jobs. Only the lazy get it for free.

Its not universal (thank God!). The best (and easiest) way to describe it is to say:
1) Health care will be mandatory (which is, actually, unconstitutional to demand but its not like Obama cares about the Constitution, it seems).
2) Subsidies, almost like vouchers, will be given to people in a certain income bracket to pay towards the insurance of their choice (though not quite. The insurance has to pass what the government deems as “good,” meaning some people will NOT be able to stay with their pervious providers).
3) In 2014, insurance companies will not be allowed to deny people for past illnesses or drop people if they get sick. This is the ONLY thing I really agree with in the bill.
4) If you have a good insurance plan, you will be taxed more. If you make more money, you will generally be taxed more. You also will be taxed on unearned income (interest rates on saving accounts, for example). You’ll also be taxed if you do indoor tanning (wtf?)
5). Students will no longer be able to get student loans from a private bank but only from the government. (I have NO idea why this is in a health care bill).
