The socialist would be Pelosi, Obama and Reid and Babs Boxer. Don’t know about the libertarian.

The whole bill is socialist. There is no Libertarian side, it’s 100% the government telling you what to do.

The socialist/statist position is that the state should decide what is best for you and administer your health care (so that your body is under government control). You cannot choose not to have health insurance or you will go to jail. That is the Obama/Pelosi plan.

The libertarian view is that there should be numerous private competitors providing health care and individuals are free to choose to use them or not.

Choose freedom. Don’t fall for the bait and let your body become government property.

Mandatory health insurance is unconstitutional and totalitarian.

I don’t need it and I will not be coerced by the Obama fascist/communists to buy it and turn my body over to a government I do not trust.

The federal government would buy every hospital and every clinic in the US, and put all the staff on salary. Everyone would be expected to contribute financially to this arrangement somehow. The devil is in the details…

The socialist/liberal view is that health care is a human right that is guaranteed to every American. And that the cost of covering those who can’t afford it should be borne by society as a social obligation. And that the entire industry must be controlled by and operated through governmental agencies to prevent the profit motive from influencing decision making.

It’s all anti-American of course because it is in direct opposition to the intent of the founding fathers. But you asked for their view. That’s it.
