What is the Libertarian view on abortion?
Written by admin on February 28, 2010 – 6:00 pm -I like what I’ve read concerning libertairian’s views. I just want to know when they consider a person to be a person that has the rights guarenteed by the Constitution. Is it at conception, birth, or some time between?
Thanks for the serious responses so far. For those who have indicated that rights apply when outside the woman’s body, does that mean libertarians accept partial birth abortion techniques as the woman’s prerogative.
